Volunteer Opportunity next Friday

We have an upcoming UK Concessions Event for Gymnastics on Friday, March 11, 2016. Please let me know if you can volunteer for this game ASAP. The details for this game are as followed:

  • CHECK-IN: 4:00pm– Memorial Coliseum – Parking at the Joe Craft Center Parking lot located directly behind Memorial Coliseum.
  • DOORS OPEN: 5:30pm
  • EVENT TIME: 7:00pm

We can meet at the center if you want to carpool together, but we will need to leave the PCSO Center by 3:30pm! If you plan to meet us here at the center, please let me know that also.We also need to know if you have your UK shirts and hats and if you aren't working we need to turn these in at this game! If you don't have a UK Concession shirt or hat at this point you can wear any UK shirt and hat.We will need 12-14 volunteers for this event.  We will be frying your own chicken tenders and fries in the stand as well as hamburgers and hotdogs in the oven and of course all other concession food (nachos, popcorn etc.). There are also only 4 cash registers so the lines may back up quickly!This is the last game we have scheduled, so come out and let's raise the PCSO some money and have fun doing so!~Chad Hundley - chad@pcsoky.org
