Have an itching for a witching?The Imperial Court of Kentucky's first pageant of the season to qualify for Ultimate Entertainer of the Year is upon us. Pageant contestants will be competing in the following categories: Halloween Presentation, Creative Funeral Wear, Onstage Question & Spooktacular Talent.Proceeds from this event will benefit the newly renamed PCSO.
