Community Education and Training

In order to serve our community and improve the quality of life of LGBTQIA+ people in Central and Eastern Kentucky, the Lexington Pride Center provides cultural competency and inclusivity training for businesses, employers, schools, community groups, and other organizations that want to learn more about how to be affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community, to have inclusive business practices, and to ensure their staff are culturally competent.
